The item itself it well made BUT the color is TERRIBLE. I was looking at the color and swore it was brown. I realize that the description said bubble gum pink but I was looking at color. I just think you need to change the photograph!The other issue was it was pretty short.

I have a few differently leash splitters because I have an injured shoulder and need to wear a sling. I got this one in pink because it made it easy to distinguish from the black one that connects three dogs and the nylon black one that I bought years ago for two dogs. I connect these to puppia harnesses that my chihuahuas wear full time so that if one dog decides to run for whatever reason, it won't choke the other dog. (My dogs stay put well unless other dogs come along that are aggressive or… extremely excited.) Leash splitters help me to only use one hand to walk multiple dogs and it seems to make the dogs behave better (although it took a couple walks initially for them to get the concept). This leash splitter is not leather, but is sturdy and has thick metal rings and clasps so that it is not likely to break without a great deal of force or excessive wear.I would prefer a darker pink to go better with my leash and harness, but I didn't see any other leash splitters that were a darker pink (this is a "baby" pink, so it is pastel and dirt will show up easily on it, although it is easy to clean as well.
This is very handy for walking my two Chihuahuas.
Currently own the solid black, 6' and noticed this one on Amazon....because the one we currently have is so very well made and is solid product, I decided to purchase this one as well and very impressed with it. I feel as though both leashes will last a lifetime.......delivery was exactly as promised. Thank you!
I tend to buy a lot of leashes, harnesses, etc. for my dog. When I saw the price of this leash, I thought that I had to get it. I was quite surprised by the quality of this leash for its price. The leather is nice. The stitching is great. And the hardware components are top notch. My only slight complaint with the leash is its stiffness; however, I expect this will soften in time.
